Thick-but-light crust made with almost no yeast and minimum 72 hours of proofing time. Double mozzarella cheese, fresh mushrooms, Italian Sausages with fennel and crumbled bacon are the generous toppings. We use 100% extra virgin olive oil. Our pizza is sold by square as the Roman style require.
